TRIZCHA'S LEGACY

Compassion,
practised daily for
four years.

Happy Tails exists because one rescue dog named Biscuit refused to settle. Nothing calmed him until Trizcha stopped trying to fix him and started keeping notes — what he chose, what he avoided, how long safety took.

That notebook became a method, and the method became a small company that measures success in one thing only: whether an animal feels better when we leave than when we arrived.

The journey, year by year

2022

One sitter, one notebook

Trizcha began caring for neighbours' pets in Quezon City — eleven companions in the first year, each with a handwritten care log that still exists today.

2023

The gentle grooming room

We opened a single, quiet grooming space: one animal at a time, no cages, no roaring dryers. Word travelled fast among owners of anxious dogs.

2024

A team of trained hands

Four sitters joined, all pet first-aid certified. We formalised the care method — routine first, patience always, correction never.

2025

The Care Collective

We began stocking only the products we already used daily. Every item is trialled for three months in real visits before it earns a place on the shelf.

2026

1,400 companions later

Four years in, still small by choice. Same notebook philosophy, now serving families across the city with sitting, grooming, walks and a curated shop.

"We don't just provide services;
we curate moments of joy."
